Looking for a 2 bed property to let

Hi all

We’re still looking out for a 2 bed with a garden, ideally in and around East Dulwich, Dulwich, Peckham, Forest Hill, Sydenham, Nunhead, Honor Oak etc. 

The place would be for my partner and I and our two year old son. We’re looking for long term, we’re both employed and work in Higher Education and Design. We have let through private landlords and are reliable friendly tenants.  

We need to move by the start of January at the latest but looking to ideally move in December.
