Professional couple - looking for a 2 bed home in SE (long-term)

Hi all!

Myself and my partner are looking for a two-bed place to call home from January 2024. We have a budget of around £1,600 and are currently searching in Dulwich, Peckham, Crystal Palace, Herne Hill, Nunhead, Brockley, Telegraph Hill and Catford...

We would be more than happy with a double and single room as we'd be using the second space to work from home during the week. We're both in full time employment, non-smokers, and absolute homebodies who just love cooking up a storm after logging off for the evening.

References of course available too.
