Beautiful restored chest of drawers for sale.
With vintage mirror,

Drawers in excellentcondition. Mirror has slight chip in top right hand corner andsome age related patina tosurface, but it’s hardly noticeable , and I think it adds to its style.

  It is never wise to assume Earl and 'improvement' is very much about perspective; if only life were all about aesthetics and how 'pretty' something looked could be our only priority. But, Vanity Square, the money wasting folly you want to roll out elsewhere, has been foisted on the area by an alleged cash-strapped council. Not only that, I doubt it will look as appealing or be as user friendly once careless cyclists come barrelling through in greater numbers and it becomes a handy Lime bike dumping ground.

  More Like 70K. For a loft conversion Our neighbours did not pay this. Previous neighbours had wanted to do this but Southwark were taking so long at approving their application, they decided to look for another property. This was 2/3 years ago and it was costing around £35K. They ended up paying £40k more to secure a 3 bed property in Lewisham. Delay by Southwark was due to covid/working from home by planning officers.
