FREE small incomplete set of Silk paints

It is missing 1 of the 5 pots of colours. Is Cold Water Dye Fix - never used as I used the paints on ribbons as a background to embroidered cards. It is years since I used it - have tried googling to Orient Express silk Painting Pebeo Craft Collection find out if paints n dye fix are perishable but find no furher information.   SE22 Franklin's was a disused pub/offe and was converted to SE 22 by a lovely Greek man and his family he did most of the work himself really great atmosphere and food.
