Hi, I'm looking for a Lodger to rent my spare room in a large 3 bed mid terraced with garden, 5 min walk to Peckham Rye park and 10 min walk to Nunhead, SE15. My house is on a quiet residential street so peaceful and calm with 343 and P12 bus stops nearby. 

It's available from 17th Nov. £900 pcm including bills. Comes fully furnished although I am flexible with this. My 12 yr old son lives with me part of the week with one weekend on, one weekend off. I also have two male, very affectionate cats.

Looking for a professional person or mature student who's sociable, respectful, clean and tidy.

I'm a professional female working from home 3 days a week, in the office 2 - but always happy to have a chat over a glass of wine at the end of the day (should you want).
