Hi all! I am a University graduate with experience in Tutoring GCSE and A-level children in English Literature, History and Film Studies. I'm available for Online and In-Person tutoring on weekdays and weekends at a rate of £40p/h but willing to negotiate depending on work loads and requirements etc and can also provide a DBS certificate on request. I studied English Literature, Film Studies and History at A-level and a BA in English Literature and Film Studies at the University of Birmingham. Please feel free to shoot me an email at [email protected] 🙂

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
