heartblock
I love East Dulwich and Southwark, I love the history, the architecture, South Bank, river walks, the multicultural vibe and the parks.... and lots more. That is why I moved here 40 years ago and apart from a 5 year stint in Hampshire for career purposes I still live here. Southwark Heritage is part of the Council's work I fully support and here is a link to an amazing film from their archives. A great Twitter account to follow too - Or X or whatever it is these days. https://x.com/SwkHeritage/status/1697519660852551932?s=20 DO WATCH THIS AMAZING FILM BELOW - Pullenites - the amazing spirit of Southwark Borough residents 🙂 https://www.londonsscreenarchives.org.uk/title/218 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/334190-what-do-you-love-about-ed-and-southwark/ Share on other sites

first mate
I actually really do really love and value our local parks and hope they are kept primarily as oases (not private entertainment sites) for all the community to enjoy and connect with nature. 1 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/334190-what-do-you-love-about-ed-and-southwark/#findComment-1641549 Share on other sites
CPR Dave
The people who live here, and the people who work here in our shops and cafes and pubs and restaurants. There are lots of very genuine caring people everywhere here. 1 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/334190-what-do-you-love-about-ed-and-southwark/#findComment-1641552 Share on other sites
