Delicious healthy raw cold-pressed bars

Recommended Posts

Delicious and nutritious raw cold-pressed bars. Our bars are made with only the finest, natural ingredients, and are perfect for those who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing flavour. These bars are vegan-friendly and free from added sugar, preservatives, colour, flour or eggs.

Our bars are cold-pressed, which means that they retain all of their natural nutrients and flavours unlike other bars that are cooked at high temperatures. The bars are also raw, this ensures that all of the natural enzymes and nutrients are preserved, making our bars a great source of energy and nutrition.

Our bars are made with a carefully crafted blend of cashews, oats, dates, coconut oil, cocoa powder, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and pecan nuts. These ingredients are carefully selected for their nutritional value and their ability to provide sustained energy throughout the day.

It’s made to order and will be delivered to your doorstep for no extra fee! They come in a tray size of 9" x 9" and the weight is approx 1.5kgs which costs £20. Our snack-bars are best served chilled, they can also be frozen and taken out when needed. Pm me if you would like to place an order.

love that you are doing this. everything I buy these days taste so much worst since price inflations.   The ingredients are lower quality and NOTHING tastes the same as it once did.  I wish you lots of luck.   Unfortunately we can't buy any due to allergies...but they look FANTASTIC!

    • https://www.lambeth.gov.uk/libraries-0/carnegie-library It's a nice little library and meeting place.  One of the Carnegie ones of course. Actually not so little, the actual building: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Carnegie_libraries_in_Europe#/media/File:Carnegie_Library_Herne_Hill.JPG I get books from there sometimes, and have been to an occasional talk.  Last week there was a foursome quietly playing ?bridge/whist there mid-morning. I'm afraid I don't know anything about the Hub project itself.
    • Hi,  I’m wondering if anyone needs help with their dog during weekdays? I work part time as a nurse and so I’m free Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri each week.  I have young children and we usually go for a walk in the afternoons, around 1pm. I’d be happy for a child friendly dog to tag along with our stroll if they’re home alone during the day. The kids would love it and it’ll break up the day for your pooch. I’d charge £12. I live opposite Goodrich Road Primary school, so if anyone is close by and would like some help, let me know.    My contact number is 07599352340. Hayley
    • I bloody hate "grab". It used to mean "snatch" (not in its ruder sense) as in snatch and grab, and now it's just used all the time instead of "get" or "collect". eg "I'll come and grab them later" or "can I grab a cup of tea?" Also "Up for grabs" GRRRR
