Furnished double bedroom overlooking rear garden on quiet street in Peckham/East Dulwich. Private bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

The room has a double bed, side tables and chests of drawers.

We own the house (married couple) and live in it. We work full time, a couple of days per week from home. The house has 500MB high speed wifi and all mod cons. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you’d expect.

£800 per month, costs for cleaning in addition being £15 pw / £65 pcm. Rental cost includes all other bills. This is a 5 night tenancy Sunday to Thursday, other nights can be negotiated.

Parking on street would be available at the cost of daily permits (approx £5.50).

The house is 10 mins walk from Peckham Rye station (trains to Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars/St Pancras and the Overground to Shoreditch). Also 6 mins walk to East Dulwich station (London Bridge trains).

Loads of shops and restaurants nearby, on Bellenden Road, Peckham Rye, and East Dulwich, all within easy walking distance.

  Well yes. But only up to a point eu countries have had to spend a LOT of money to accommodate English madness - and has had to deal with years of incoherent positioning. It has destabilised the EU as a group - or has at the very least distracted it and consumed bandwidth which is why Putin was so pro-Brexit. Which enabled other subsequent events - it’s hard to imagine the world as it is now without Brexit. A stronger EU. Uk not a mess and in its own after multiple elections and way more prime ministers than 9 years could possibly allow a stronger united front
