Any recommendations for a reliable person who can fix a crack in a phone screen? I have used phonerepairsSE22 before, but think he has now relocated so no longer in the area.

  I didn't try to get out of the new contract. There is the statutory cooling off period (as you say) and I was very fed up with being messed about. I just switched.

  I have Plusnet. I've been with them for years, and I switched to fibre some time ago. Threaten to leave them and I'm sure you'll be fine money wise. Get armed with price comparisons first 😀
