Double electric blanket with dual controls needs a home

Haven't seen this since we moved 5 years ago .

Having a bit of a clear out have come across, it looks in good nick but is too heavy for me to see if it is working still, is a reputable make and very expensive at the time, but if gonna be used on a bed or in any situation that is left unattended  , maybe to snuggle under in the winter, think it shd be checked.

Any ideas as to what I can do with it?

Am in SE154RQ with parking.
