Sold Sofa and unusual chair

[Why]

The sofa is free as it could do with a new cover. The one shown has been washed several times. The chair is of unknown maker, possibly from the 70's? It has a base to rotate on. There is a small ding in one of the front arms ( see photo ) and the varnish on the metal arms is worn in places.
