Single working professional looking for a one-bed (ideally not a studio if at all possible) from mid-September onwards (though as mentioned in the title I could start later, October even)

I have a brother who lives on Crystal Palace Road and I am looking to live nearer to him, but I don't need to be *too* close, if that makes sense!
