Looking for a post build deep clean this Thursday 24th August

We need a one off deep clean following building work this Thursday 24th August. 

Some new carpet will have been laid and I'll also have been round with an industrial dust hoover but we're looking for:

Removal of dust on window sills, surfaces, new cupboards etc and cleaning of new bathrooms etc. 

Any recommendations / availability much appreciated.
