SolidWorks or FreeCAD work

Looking for someone who can draw up a 3D design for a small assembly made from 4 metal components .

Ideally it would suit someone with modest to moderate skills rather than a full-blown professional because it is not a very complicated item. 

It would be good to find someone locally as I have a couple of examples of fairly similar items.
