Recommend preparing the ground for a summerhouse....

Hello, I am buying a summerhouse with these dimensions -

A.Width: 2.51m (8ft3) B.Depth: 2.07m (6ft10) C.Height: 2.1m (6ft11)

Please can anyone provide any recommendations for someone to prepare the ground ready for this. The position for the summerhouse will be where grass currently is.
