free hatha yoga class on Fri June 14th

Come along to try out our new hatha yoga class at The Training Station on 280 Milkwood Road SE24 0EZ on Friday June 14th at 6pm. We're offering a new weekly friday evening class to help you wash off the week and help start your weekend fresh and relaxed! So swap your pint or G&T for some breathing and stretching and unwinding! Beginners welcome. First class is free; ?9 thereafter.

  AHH it's been a really difficult season for growing trees, there is bound to be a shortage. Too much rain, too much snow, too cold, too warm, too dry. That will explain the high costs. Well that is what they say every year. They are already out in car parks and the like. Local schools do them as well. We will get our Lidl one out in a couple of weeks or so from the garden. Remember a 🎄 is not just for Christmas
