Hi there, my husband and I are looking for a short term let in ED or nearby as we are renovating a house and new to the area. Our children are 6 and 8 years old, starting at a school in Dulwich Village, so we are looking to rent a 2bed flat/house for 3 months from 1st of September. We are two architects working in Southwark. We don't have any pets. Many thanks, Sophia

  A starter-free method is to make normal dough, let it rise and then put some aside. Make the remainder into normal bread. Then takethe set-aside dough, add more flour and water but no more yeast, let it rise, set a bit aside and make bread with the remainder. Repeat. Your starter will slowly sour from wild yeasts in your kitchen. I did it this way.
