Do not let these annoying window decorations melt. Nightmare to get the melted goo off. Just sharing this wisdom from the "things I wish I had known" section of parenthood. Sigh.

What did you finally remove them with?

It needs a razor knife to scrape the rest off. I lost the will and have left it smeary. E cloth, credit card as a scraper and spray window cleaner liquid have failed so far. All with a lot of elbow grease. Lesson learnt.

Try petrol, (lighter fuel)it removes all kinds of sticky residue so it may work.

My daughter loves sticking things to the window, namely super sticky stickers, things with sellotape, anything sticky she is on it. I use neat white vinegar to remove marks, takes it off clean, even when I've neglected to do it for months.

Try baby oil, then washing liquid?

try nail varnish remover, ideally the cheaper stuff - have managed to remove nasty stickers and permanent pen marks.
