Solomon's Passage

Looks like demolition work has finally  commenced on Solomon's Passage after residents were moved out five years ago. All four blocks will be demolished and replaced with a total of 91 homes, 33 of which will be "affordable"

Gutting. Loved living there. When ww were there was all social tenancy/ shared ownership. New development -  third 'affordable'. What are the odds it will end up with less 'affordable' homes than that even.
