In case there are others who do not know - you cannot park in the parking spaces outside M&S on Lordship lane between 7-10am each weekday. The parking is suspended during those hours & you can get a penalty for being in the bus lane!
The ticket person sits in the cafe opposite to photograph the offending.

The traffic warden sits in a white cctv  van with a 2m long camera on top of it with Southwark  parking enforcement on the side of it .he normally parks between jazzes barbers and dulwich cafe .he's there from 7am to 10am 5 days a week he's been doing this for about year an half. Trouble is 99% of people parking ignore the signs .I've told people not to park in the bus lane before 10am .they all say the same thing we'll why are there parking spaces there .when I point out the cctv van telling them they will get a ticket.somesay thank-you some say we'll im only going to be five minutes .I reply well what ever your going to buy in ms or Co op add £65 to the bill.im done .so now I don't bother .also the bus lane runs from William Rose  down to goosegreen not just Ms so watch yourselfs

Megalaki  I know you hate cars fair enough. Quite often elderly people pull up outside r Woodhall opticans about 8.30am  9am to pick their glasses or have a 9am appointment for eye tests  or have their glasses repaired some of them disabled..so they park outside the shop in the buslane not realising you can't park there before 10am..so give them all tickets fcuk em .me I would buy a ice cream for a copper if they would stop and fine any mum or dad on a bike with a wooden box  attached to the front of their bikes .with their children in side ,with no helmets on  no seat belts. No protection what ever.they are more at risk of injury or death in accident hopefully not.than air pollution.also take the hard working man in the cctv van his ice cream when the weather turns and tell him not to sit there for 3 hours  with his engine running while dishing out fines

Everyone needs to stick to the rules of the road. By all means campaign for some blue badge parking spaces in the side roads, but do you realise how many people on those busy buses at the busy times get held up if someone parks in the bus lane. The law needs to apply equally to everyone, but then again, you'd buy an icecream for a policeman inventing new laws and fining parents for something that is (a) not a legal requirement and (b) in the case of a seatbelt for bikes does not exist.

Mr chicken I didn't say seatbelts for bikes if your going to stick your kids in a wooded box g8ve them some sort of protection.ive seen kids on there knees playfighting each other the parents oblivious to what's going you can get a fine for not wearing a seat belt in a metal box on wheels ie car but a wooden box no.i know itsnot a legal requirement but what about common sense.also taxis and coaches park in bus lanes holding up busy buses plus bin lorries sitting there while the crew eat their sandwiches and drink their teas but its ok for them.also I saw  one of these bikes hit a pothole..with a toddler on board the bike went over the youngster landed in the kerb .only suffering a cut elbow very lucky.you wouldn't stick your kid on the roof of your car and drive down the road .if you agree with with at least one point I'll buy you a icecream

What a waste of money, employing someone who sits in their van (probably in the ticket zone) when they could just install cameras....

Get used to it...that's what Southwark are increasing by employing 48 more wardens....talk to anyone who lives in Islington and they will tell you the wardens tail Ocado vans waiting for them to pull over in CPZ areas....;-)

How could a council make it so no one could get any kind of delivery without the delivery can getting a ticket?

With this council, very simply - particularly if they set their agents targets on fines and incentivise on revenue. Which they will.
