Shower repair

Hi all,

we moved into our house last October and since then the shower temperature has been permanently stuck on ‘hot’ and upwards meaning a cold or even colder shower is not possible.

Can anyone recommend someone to come and take a look at it? Picture of shower terminal attached for reference.
