PARTY - Chip Van Wanted and Waiters/Waitresses

Hi Fellow ED peeps

I am having a party soon and wanted to hire a mobile chip van to serve up chips mid way through the eve when guests are likely to need something to soak up the booze. Has anyone hired such a van and can make any recommendations?

I am also interested in hiring a couple of waiters/waitresses to heat up and serve food etc - again any recommendations would be welcome.

When is the event? I have 5 years waitressing experience ,several of which are within events waitressing.
