Hello,

I have a furnished room available to rent @ £625 PCM (bills included) in a lovely ground floor garden flat that is just a short walk away from Lordship lane and a 10-15 minute walk to East Dulwich Station.

I live here on my own, but my daughter (15) does stay sometimes.

I'm  a 52 year old male and would prefer someone close(r) to my age.
