Need someone to sort out our bathroom sink!

We just moved into our new flat but the area around our bathroom sink needs a little TLC (see picture). Basically caulking/painting? If anyone is up to the job, please message me with your rate. Many thanks!

  B & Q stores do a cutting service Anything you buy from store - get five free cuts if you bring your own wood it’s about a pounds for a certain number of cuts ( check number in store or on website , I’m not sure of exact details)
