Start/Finish in Peckham Square, next to Peckham Library and Peckham Pulse Leisure Centre, SE15 5RY. You may think Healthy Rides are all about views. Amazingly we are well blessed with viewpoints and Jamie’s route has only one viewpoint in common with last week’s Views from the South ride. Route for 1 July is Peckham Library – Rye Park – rear entrance to Nunhead Cemetery – across to Telegraph Hill – down to Brockley Village – up to Hilly Fields – down to Brookmill Park – over the Helter Skelter – up Morden Hill – across to Point Hill – into Greenwich Pk for a 30 minute Coffee break – down to General Wolfe –across to the Queen’s Viewpoint - down to the giant compass – along to Greenwich Royal Naval College – Cutty Sark – along to – Deptford Bistros – through New Cross tunnel – TK Max – Cross A2 – Fire Stn – St Mary Magdelene Church – Peckham Library. Lots of off road shared path.
