My usual physiotherapist, Joanna - who I have recommended on here previously, has injured her wrist, so she gave me the details of her friend, Betty. I have to say I was equally impressed with her. She has extremely strong precise fingers and pinpointed all my aches, some I didn't even know I had! She gave me the most amazing face massage too, as I had broken my cheekbone last year.


I would thoroughly recommend her. She is really good value for money too. Her number is 07514947992.


No crank calls please. Joanna mentioned that she had received some dodgy midnight calls after I recommended her on here.

      Their website says: “This store is temporarily closing for refurbishment on the 24th December after closing time. We expect to reopen, bigger and better, in the middle of February 2025.”

      My partner told me the other day that he had seen some in Southwark Park, and he had never seen any there before. I've only ever seen them near water, eg by the stream on the walk between Merton and Carshalton. Hoping I might get some in the garden now, it would make a nice change from sparrows, great tits and the robin, lovely as they are 😀
