I've recently given my home in Gravesend a fantastic renovation, and since I'm often traveling, I'm looking for two friendly lodgers, one professional or a couple to enjoy this peaceful and cozy space. You'll pretty much have the whole place to yourself as I won't be around much. I usually pop in once every 5 months as I travel a lot, but don't worry, I'll always give you a heads up with a month's notice. By the way, I used to live in Peckham, but I decided to explore the greener side of Kent in Gravesend, and I have zero regrets. The best part is that you'll have easy access to Gravesend train station, just a short 7-minute walk away. And if you need to get to central London in a flash, you've got Ebbsfleet, a high-speed train station that connects directly to the city's main stations. Oh, and did I mention the local Tesco and Sainsbury's? Plus, there's a massive shopping centre called Bluewater just a quick 6-minute drive away. You'll find all your favorite stores there like Zara, Massimo Dutti, H&M, Primark, JD, Footlocker, Pret-a-Manger, Pizza Express, and plenty of other tasty food chains. If you're craving takeout, we've got a great selection of local options too. And for those who love the outdoors, there are parks and woods nearby where you can go for a run, take a stroll, or simply soak up the local wildlife.

Let me tell you a bit more about the house:

It's a recently renovated Victorian luxury house with two spacious double rooms. It's just a short walk to Gravesend Train Station, which means you can be in central London, Canary Wharf, or Oxford Circus in just 30 minutes. You'll have the freedom to make the place your own, and I'm totally open to long-term stays. I've upgraded the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, so everything feels fresh and modern. Plus, there's a beautiful garden for you to enjoy. I've even furnished the house with two comfy double beds, wardrobes, and chests of drawers. So, you'll have the entire house practically to yourself, without any interruptions.

The property will be available for you to move into from early July. It's got all the essentials covered, including double glazing, gas central heating with a combination boiler, and a private rear garden with outdoor seating where you can kick back and relax.

I'm looking for tidy and respectful professionals, couples, or single tenants who will appreciate and take care of this wonderful space and I have attached some picture below.
