Looking for recommendation of experienced person to repair broken exterior stone windowsill

Hi, our exterior windowsill in Victorian house has lost a chunk of stone and we're looking for someone to repair it (we have the chunks of stone) and paint the sills and surround.  It's first floor, next to and accessible from entrance steps.  Can you recommend anyone? Thanks.
