Looking for 2/3 bed property for short term let : Sept- December

We are starting some building work on our house and need to find somewhere to live between mid September and end of December. We have a baby and a toddler so somewhere family friendly would be great! Our son goes to nursery in Denmark hill so we are looking predominantly in Peckham/ Dulwich/Camberwell, but open to a bit further afield. We are also pretty flexible re dates- could do two short lets rather than one long for example.
