Looking for a 4-bed property in the SE area

We're four friends looking for a property in the SE area (either a house or flat would be perfectly fine). Around East Dulwich would be ideal, but we're pretty flexible on the location.

I work at the BBC, one of us works as a music teacher, one as an English teacher and the other has just finished his MA and is currently seeking employment in the Civil Service before he arrives in London. All can provide UK-based guarantors. 

Our budget is around £3,300pcm, and we'd be looking to move around August time, but again, there's a degree of flexibility here.
