Lakw
Hello, I live in SE26 and we recently had our victorian terraced house refurbished by Sky High Builders. We had 2 x bathrooms refitted (including knocking through a wall to the airing cupboard to make one bathroom larger), substantial plastering work, new roof on the back part of the house and full redecoration throughout. We also had new French windows and bathroom window using a joiner recommended by Sky High. I can't recommend Sky High highly enough. We were living in the house throughout the work (2 adults, 2 primary aged kids) and given the amount of work we had done it had the potential to be incredibly stressful. But Marven, the owner of Sky High, and his whole team are so friendly and considerate that it was never an issue. The work took a few months (due to delivery issues of things we had ordered and unexpectedly needing a new roof due to a leak - not Sky High's fault) but we always knew what was happening and what was planned. The quote was clear and accurate and we paid for each item as it was completed. Full transparency & receipts on materials costs. We paid a fair price, especially for the high quality of work we got. Marven and his site manager Dave were both fantastic. Marven came over regularly to inspect the site with us and go through any issues, which meant we didn't ever feel like we had to stress. Dave kept things moving with the team day to day. Everyone in the team was polite, friendly and professional. Marven helped us enormously with some fab design ideas and layout suggestions. The quality of work is great and to be honest we were sad to see them go as they were so lovely to have around. Our house is transformed and a pleasure to come home to. I would recommend Sky High to anyone in the area.
