Looking for a 2 bed garden flat from mid July for long term let

Hi we are a professional couple who have businesses in the area (Nunhead and Peckham) and currently live in Nunhead and we are expecting a baby in August. Unfortunately our landlords are returning from overseas and so we need to move from our current 2 bed house mid July- slightly stressful timing!. We are looking for a flat/ house with a garden with 2 bedrooms within the local area (Nunhead, Peckham, Forest Hill, Dulwich, New Cross, Deptford, Camberwell, Herne Hill etc) which is unfurnished.
