I love it when you get a “we tried to deliver, you weren’t in” message and not a single post person has been anywhere near the house…it seems they sometimes don’t even bother to try to deliver and then claim you weren’t in… -

We both visited / lived in Tokyo back in the 1980’s (yes, we’re that ancient!) Always ruled out going back as it was so expensive then but a friend who goes a lot said that it’s now at least 1/3 cheaper than the UK & that you can get an air bnb for about £30 pn & meal for £10.Anyone been recently to confirm?
