I used them to clean oven and dishwasher. When I asked to cancel dishwasher they took £15 off of the £173 bill. They refused to give me a breakdown of costs and also refused to supply me with an invoice.

They also said that I had to pay cash because bank transfers take too long!

Terrible customer service. Don’t use them!!
