I don't know what hours Southwark Noise Control work now, as I think they were changed, but it might be useful to speak to them about this, and also to see if your immediate neighbours are also affected by the barking? If you keep a record (as in your post above) that would be useful for the noise control people. Also, you shouldn't have to do this, but some years back when my sleep was constantly disturbed by a neighbour's boiler going on and off all night (I assume it was faulty) I eventually changed my bedroom window to one with triple glazing. -
Andy came on Sunday to carry out a range of small jobs - filling a window gap, applying draught proofing, fixing an oven plinth etc. All done to a high standard and went over and above to assist with a blocked drain. Always pleasant company. -
I think Malumbu was referring to any instance of calling people clowns. He didn't say you were referring to TJMC. It happens quite frequently on here, it brings down the level of debate and possibly doesn't incline others to take your views seriously, however valid your points may be
