Loads of Weight watcher groups, I have tried them but end up buying all their sweet treats which kinda defeats the object, plus I tend to get a bit complacent about counting my points.cant seem to shift this last stone my body is lovingly holding onto like some comfort blanket. I could be wrong, its definitely one of the weight watchers, slimming world, diet with '...' things. I'm 94% certain.
