Wanted: stair-climber for disabled person

Hi

My dad is disabled and I need to get a portable electric stair-climber so we can take him up a set of outdoor stairs.

We can't put in a stairlift for various reasons so it needs to be one of the fold-up, portable versions.

They are so expensive new so I wanted to see if it's possible to buy second hand, either direct from an owner, or from a reputable company that re-conditions them.

Any help or advice would be amazing!
