We're about to undertake a house renovation in Honor Oak and need to move out for 6 months from July. 

Ideally looking for a 3+ bed house but could manage a 2+ bed flat . Looking in East Dulwich, Honor Oak, Forest Hill areas.

I have a 2 bed flat that is very spacious and currently I am finishing the refurbishment of it.  I am still doing some redecoration which includes some new flooring which will be laid down in June.  My aim was to let the flat from July 1st and do an initial short let, so your situation might cross with mine well.  The location is lovely - right near the big Sainsburys Dog Kennel Hill = no garden but very spacious inside and all newly done.  You can message me if you are interested to see it or anything.  Bests Rebecca
