Dear East Dulwich Community,

I'm looking for a short-term rental for my one-bedroom flat, located 5 minutes from Queens Road Peckham station. It is currently for sale, but we promise to give at least four weeks' notice; depending on how long the sale takes, we may be able to offer more. Flat is a brand new building that is quite large in comparison to most new constructions. It is fully equipped with kitchen appliances. with two huge, large wardrobes, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a sofa, and a bed. with Sainsbury's 1 minute away. Please find the link below and only get in touch if you're interested in renting for a minimum of 2 months. Find the photos at the link.https://www.sharetobuy.com/properties/237945/

This property might be perfect for anyone who’s house is getting renovated or in between places, happy to do viewing.  Deposit of 4 weeks required and happy to put into deposit scheme, rent £1800 + plus bills. There will be another sofa then the one showing in the pictures.

    • I was also just on a p13 towards Streatham  and this was diverted up to Barry rd by the Library, so is not heading up Whateley Rd and first part of  underhill. It says on the service update  UNDERHILL ROAD: ROUTE P13 is diverted in both directions due to damaged manhole cover. Buses are not serving the Crystal Palace Road and Whateley Road stops.
    • Thanks for the update
    • Agree postage spiralled under the last Govt, but because of thieving Reeves budget to increase Employer NI contributions that is the direct cause right NOW for Royal Mail to look at increasing postal rates.  You may not like the "bashing" the three stooges is getting, but they couldn't have made a worse start in the first 120 days in Office.  The continual reference by Starmer to "my dad was a tool maker" - no he wasn't, it was his business and then of course that wonderous line about "in my last job as the Director of Public Prosecutions", actually who cares, he is supposed to be the Prime Minister. Stop the constant references and get on with the job. What we have here right now is inflation rising, unemployment rising, cost of living still rising, energy prices rising when they said they would reduce them. A 22bn black hole pat caused by a wage increase for the public sector that makes up about half of that. A Chancellor not qualified to as an economist, the lies just keep on coming, how many times do they get to trip themselves up?  When you are in Govt, be prepared for scrutiny, that is what this is all about.   The people need to rise up and throw them out of Office.
