Aria was an absolute star as always. He came fully prepared for the job and arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time. His work was swift and he made sure to explain each step. Aria was friendly, professional and gave useful advice when asked. Lastly, Aria cleaned up the work area and made sure all rubbish/debris could be easily disposed of afterwards. Thames water advice is to take your own readings if you think you have a leak. With all the taps and other water feeds off, with stop cock on and stop cock off. Despite all the issues we with the company they were very good to me when I had a real leak in the old lead pipe into the house. Now all plastic
