I would report this to the police - the footage is excellent and he's pretty distinguishable. This won't be his first time doing this and it will help police link him to other crimes by cross-matching your CCTV to other surveillance. Definitely contact them. -
Vladi, sorry to hear this has happened to you. Was the car locked and if so do you know how he was able to unlock it? The suspect looks quite young. -
they should be interested - you've had someone trespass on your property and break into your car, and there is clear record of that -
As nothing appears to have been taken, the police probably would not be interested taking prints. But the clothing is quite distinctive and combined with the fact that it is white, male, brown hair, medium build. Not a professional I guess as most thieves go out with a back pack to carry a couple of tools and also into which they can store their loot
