Graceisabelleslie
Hi there, yes it is possible under certain circumstances and I believe the process is called collective enfranchisement; https://www.lease-advice.org/advice-guide/ce-getting-started/ I'm a freelance property consultant and I work for buyers and sellers, I just so happen to have acquired a Share of the Freehold in my property a few years back though that was a bit of a difference scenario as we had an absent freeholder but the premise is still the same, working together with your co-leaseholders with the same goal in mind. Feel free to get back in contact if I can help with anything else property related.
