I was referring to pedestrians needing to be fearful of being robbed by youths on bikes.

Hi all, witnessed a tall youth all in black with black Balaclava on black bike with battery pack gaffa taped on frame steal a mobile phone off a guy in Dulwich park this afternoon. The guy rode round me 3 times eyeballing as if teasing me to photograph him. He then spotted the chap take his phone out of pocket and swiped it. He was all in black, and face covered but a slim black youth.
