Very leaky kitchen tap! Handyman?

Hello!  

I have a drippy kitchen tap that has now become an almost continuous stream of water lightly flowing and hoping someone can help me fix! 

I am sure there is a youtube video out there telling me it is a simple fix, but I am lost....  

I also have a VERY stubborn light fitting in my bathroom that neither myself nor friends have been able to remove to change the bulb, ha!

Any recommendations on someone who can help me with these tasks asap is much appreciated!
