Hi everyone,

I wanted to share details of a 90-min online workshop called 'Baby CHAT', which I am running for pregnant women and birthing people experiencing mental health or emotional difficulties. Just a few dates are remaining before we finish running the group.

During Baby CHAT you will:

💬 Learn how baby is developing socially

👶 Watch 4D scan footage of babies in the womb

🤰 Meet other pregnant parents

You may be eligible to attend if you are 20-34 weeks pregnant and living/accessing NHS services in Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham or Croydon.

I am a Trainee Clinical Psychologist from King's College London and I run the session with a midwife colleague. We are evaluating Baby CHAT as part of a research project, so you will be asked to complete some questionnaires - you will receive a £20 thank you for your time doing these. We have had really positive feedback on the session so far from other attendees and you'll receive all the group resources to keep.

Please email me for more info on rebecca.cockburn@kcl.ac.uk or at tinyurl.com/38zr4tb4

Thank you!

    • It’s good to see local councillors are taking this crash seriously, hopefully the police will also. The tyres marks left on the road suggest speed could have been a factor. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1FaPQjGu7x/?mibextid=wwXIfr
    • Why is it a terrible place for teenagers?
    • Well, if you ever find yourself visiting, let us know
    • Before I switched, if memory serves there was some sort of thing on Thames Water's website which you could use to determine whether or not you would be better off with a meter. No idea if it's still there. Also, I have a vague recollection that if you found you were worse off financially with the meter after a certain time period, you could switch back. Have I imagined that? Whatever, I don't actually recall hearing of anyone who thought they were worse off with a meter, though I'm sure there must be some.
