Wanted - Spare Sand and Cement

I'm busy helping my neighbour with tasks in the garden.  One job involves improving a garden path by relaying slabs.  If anyone has any spare sand or cement please get in touch.

I am now also on the lookout for any spare turf - offcuts would be fine and ballast/gravel.
