Find / Fix Shower Leaks please

Looking for someone to investigate / help please.

I have leaks in my hallway from a shower above - leaks are only there when poeple shower and they are not heavy but the hall light socket has blown and the ceiling is stained. Access to the shower waste fittings / fixings are via cutting through the hall ceiling.
