Also, are the hall and porch shaded on the lease in a different colour as this could mean that it is part of the freehold but they have right of way. I'm also surprised this is not shown on your lease as well. As @Angelina says, it is for them to make a case for the work being essential rather than essential rather than you to prove it isn't. -
Wow. Roaming wildly in the woods. Is there history of this owner being dangerous or out of control? Dogs can be kept with certification and yes - should be on lead in public places but having an off lead early morning walk in the woods? -
Hi. Just to let folks know of an XL Bullydog being ‘walked’ by its owner in this area around 8am. The dog is unleashed and unmuzzled. I’ve reported it to the police. Appreciate they are already struggling to manage this issue but it needs addressing. Today I saw the dog roaming wildly with its unconcerned owner at school run time. I suggest others report if you see it.
