Hi all,


I am offering my services as a Geography tutor. I am a qualified teacher with QTS status and experience teaching KS3, GCSE and A-Level across various exam boards including OCR, AQA and Edexcel. I can cover content, skills, exam practice and extended writing. I am available Mon-Fri after 4pm (dependent on work commitments) and Sat-Sun all day.


I charge £20 per hour for all sessions. I may require information (e.g.exam board) to better tailor my sessions. More details on what I can offer are below…


-Exam technique at GCSE and A-Level

-Content for Human/Physical geography and Fieldwork

-Skills including cartography (maps), statistics and data analysis

-Live marking and feedback for exam papers

-Engaging lessons for younger students exploring geographical concepts

-I can provide resources including exam papers, case study worksheets and knowledge organisers

      The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?

      Generator running in The Gardens/Dominic Court

      Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.

      Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
